918kisd requires a clear copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport for identity verification. You may also need to provide proof of residential address — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months — and a selfie holding your ID. Documents should be legible and submitted through the secure verification process in your account dashboard.

No. Each eligible person is permitted to maintain only one active account on 918kisd. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed, and any bonuses or winnings associated with a second account could be forfeited. If you have accidentally created two accounts, contact the 918kisd support team via the on-site live chat to resolve the situation before making any deposits.

Use the password reset option on the login page. You will receive a reset link or code to your registered email address or mobile number. If you no longer have access to those contacts, reach out to the 918kisd support team directly via live chat so they can verify your identity and assist with account recovery. Never share your password with anyone.

Contact the 918kisd customer support team via the 24/7 on-site live chat and request account closure. Any unsettled wagers will be processed first, and an eligible remaining MYR balance will be returned after identity verification is complete. If you are closing your account because gambling is affecting your life, please also request a self-exclusion flag so access cannot be reopened impulsively.

918kisd minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. As a general guide, many popular Malaysian methods — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX — support low entry amounts suited to casual players. Check the current minimums on the deposit page after logging in, as these figures may be updated from time to time.

918kisd supports a wide range of Malaysian payment options including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also available. Payment method availability may vary by account verification status. All deposits must be made from a payment instrument you legally own and control.

Touch 'n Go eWallet deposits at 918kisd are typically credited almost instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the provider. If your deposit shows as pending for more than 15 minutes, check that the payment reference was entered correctly and that your Touch 'n Go eWallet balance was sufficient. Contact 918kisd support with your transaction ID if the issue persists.

Withdrawal processing times at 918kisd depend on the method and verification status of your account. E-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. All withdrawals are subject to a standard identity review. Fully verified accounts with no outstanding compliance checks tend to receive payouts more quickly. Estimated processing times are shown at the withdrawal screen.

918kisd does not charge platform-side fees on standard MYR deposits. Some payment providers — particularly certain banks or cryptocurrency networks — may apply their own transaction charges outside 918kisd's control. For withdrawals, any applicable fee details are shown before you confirm the request. Always review the summary screen before finalising a payment to understand the full picture.

Common reasons for a withdrawal hold at 918kisd include incomplete KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met, a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal method details, or an ongoing security review. Contact the 918kisd live chat team and provide your username and withdrawal reference number so the support team can identify the specific reason and advise on the next step.

RTP figures for individual slot games at 918kisd are set by the respective game providers and are typically published in each game's information panel or paytable screen. Most certified online slots operate with RTPs between 94% and 97%. RTP is a theoretical long-run figure — it does not predict results in a single session and should not be treated as a guarantee of any specific return.

918kisd provides a welcome bonus for newly registered and verified players making their first MYR deposit. The specific bonus percentage, cap amount, eligible games, and minimum deposit required are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. Bonus terms — including wagering requirements and expiry periods — apply and should be reviewed carefully before claiming any offer.

A wagering requirement — sometimes called a rollover — is the number of times you must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a 20x requirement on a RM50 bonus means you must wager RM1,000 in qualifying games. Specific contribution percentages by game type are stated in each promotion's terms at 918kisd.

Yes, you can contact the 918kisd support team to cancel an active bonus before completing the wagering requirement. Note that cancelling a bonus will typically remove the promotional balance and any associated winnings from your account. Only the original deposit amount — where still present — would remain withdrawable. Review the specific bonus conditions or speak to support before deciding.
