Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 918kisd ("918kisd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 918kisd.cam ("Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Account Eligibility

You may register with 918kisd only if you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not access the Platform if gambling is prohibited in your location or if your participation would breach any law, regulation, court order, employment condition, or contractual obligation applicable to you.

Employees, contractors, suppliers, and persons connected with game providers may be restricted from participating where a conflict of interest could arise.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible person may maintain only one Account unless 918kisd gives prior written approval. Registration details must be complete, accurate, current, and personal to you. You must not use a false identity, disposable contact information, another person's payment details, or information intended to conceal your location or eligibility.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, security codes, and registered device access. You must notify 918kisd promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, credential theft, payment misuse, or any other Account security issue. Activity completed using valid Account credentials may be treated as authorised unless our investigation establishes otherwise.

918kisd may require KYC checks during registration, before or after a deposit, before a withdrawal, or whenever risk indicators arise. Requested materials may include a Malaysian MyKad, passport, proof of residential address, a selfie, source-of-funds information, or evidence that you control a bank account or e-wallet. Documents must be genuine, legible, and submitted through the designated secure process.

You must keep your contact and payment information updated. The Account is personal and cannot be sold, transferred, pledged, shared, or operated for another individual. 918kisd may merge, close, or restrict duplicate Accounts and review associated transactions, Bonuses, and Wagers.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made from a payment method lawfully held and controlled by the registered Account holder. Subject to availability and verification, 918kisd may support MYR transactions through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other displayed methods.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times, transaction limits, and any applicable charges are shown at the point of payment and may differ by method. A payment displayed as pending is not available for wagering until it has been confirmed and credited to the Account. 918kisd is not responsible for delays caused by a bank, e-wallet operator, network interruption, maintenance period, incorrect payment reference, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Deposited funds are intended for genuine gaming activity. The Platform must not be used as a bank, remittance service, currency exchange, payment intermediary, or means of moving funds without legitimate play. Where a deposit appears reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal use, 918kisd may restrict the Account and request supporting evidence.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, and knowingly false transaction disputes may result in suspension, recovery of reasonable costs, cancellation of associated winnings, or termination of the Account, subject to the outcome of a fair review.

Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Account using an available method registered in your own name. Where practicable, 918kisd may return funds through the same channel used for deposit. Alternative methods may be required where a provider does not support payouts or where verification, security, or operational considerations apply.

Before processing a withdrawal, 918kisd may verify your identity, age, address, payment ownership, wagering history, source of funds, and compliance with these Terms. You must also satisfy any valid wagering requirements attached to an accepted Bonus. Providing incomplete or inconsistent information may delay processing until the matter is resolved.

Estimated processing periods are indicative rather than guaranteed. E-wallet and DuitNow requests may be completed more quickly than conventional bank transfers, but timing can vary because of KYC review, banking hours, payment-provider maintenance, transaction volume, or security checks. You are responsible for confirming that bank and e-wallet details are accurate before submitting a request.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses, cashback, free plays, loyalty rewards, and promotional offers are optional and governed by the specific conditions displayed with each offer. Those conditions form part of these Terms once you claim or use the relevant promotion. You should review eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering contribution, turnover requirement, expiry period, maximum conversion, and excluded Game rules before acceptance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Bonus may be claimed once per eligible person, Account, household, device, payment method, IP address, or shared environment. 918kisd may refuse or withdraw a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate participation, coordinated play, risk-free wagering, opposing bets, irregular bet patterns, or deliberate exploitation of an error.

Bonus balances generally cannot be withdrawn directly. Any eligible winnings remain subject to the applicable wagering requirement and maximum conversion rule. Cancelling a Bonus may remove the promotional balance and winnings derived from it. Expired rewards have no cash value unless the relevant conditions expressly state otherwise.

918kisd may amend, suspend, or end a promotion for future participation. Changes will not be used to avoid honouring a valid entitlement already earned in accordance with the conditions, except where fraud, technical error, prohibited conduct, or a material breach is established.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must use 918kisd honestly, lawfully, and for personal entertainment. You must not interfere with the Platform, undermine fair play, or obtain an advantage through prohibited means. Restricted conduct includes, without limitation:

• using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence agents, screen scrapers, or unauthorised software;
• colluding with other players, sharing hidden information, chip dumping, syndicate activity, or placing coordinated opposing Wagers;
• exploiting a pricing error, delayed feed, incorrect odds, software fault, game malfunction, or obvious payment mistake;
• attempting to bypass geographic controls, KYC checks, Account limits, self-exclusion measures, or security systems;
• using proceeds of crime, stolen payment instruments, false documents, or funds belonging to another person;
• harassing support staff, submitting malicious content, impersonating 918kisd personnel, or making knowingly false claims; and
• accessing, copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or disrupting any protected part of the Platform.

Where suspicious conduct is identified, 918kisd may temporarily withhold affected transactions while conducting a proportionate review. You agree to provide reasonable assistance and relevant information. Following review, we may correct errors, void affected Wagers, remove improperly obtained Bonuses, restore the parties to the position that would have existed without the breach, suspend access, or close the Account.

Game results and sports settlements are determined using the applicable game rules and official data sources selected by 918kisd. An obvious error does not create a valid entitlement, even if the Platform initially displayed an incorrect balance or settlement.

Intellectual Property

The 918kisd name, Platform design, software, text, graphics, interfaces, databases, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to 918kisd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game names, visual assets, and technology supplied by third-party studios remain the property of their respective owners.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, frame, mirror, modify, extract, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

918kisd seeks to provide reliable access but does not warrant that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, internet provider, or mobile network. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, provider outages, cyber incidents, telecommunications failures, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are uncertain. 918kisd does not guarantee winnings, profit, a particular return-to-player result during an individual session, or the continued availability of any Game, market, payment method, promotion, or feature. Information about statistics, form, odds, or previous results is provided for general reference and does not constitute financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 918kisd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, including loss caused by your failure to secure login details, inaccurate payment information, device malfunction, or reliance on non-guaranteed information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a Game or transaction is interrupted, 918kisd may restore, settle, or void the affected activity according to the relevant provider rules and available system records. Our records shall be treated as evidence of activity unless a manifest error is demonstrated.

Responsible Gambling

918kisd provides gambling entertainment only to adults aged 21 and above. You should play only with money you can afford to lose, set a budget before starting, monitor the time spent online, and never treat gambling as employment, an investment, or a solution to debt.

Account tools may include deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. A request to restrict or exclude an Account will be handled in accordance with the selected measure. Account Suspension and Termination

You may request Account closure through the on-site support service. Before closure, valid outstanding Wagers may be settled and an eligible remaining balance may be returned following completion of necessary verification. A standard closure request is separate from self-exclusion; players seeking protection from gambling should specifically request the appropriate responsible gambling restriction.

918kisd may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, underage access, duplicate registration, payment disputes, money laundering concerns, sanctions exposure, prohibited conduct, security threats, or a material breach of these Terms. Where legally and operationally permitted, we will explain the general basis for the action and provide an opportunity to supply relevant information.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued before closure. Provisions concerning payment liabilities, investigations, intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute handling, and governing law shall survive termination where their nature requires it.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the international operating entity responsible for the Platform, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may lawfully apply to you. 918kisd does not claim authorisation or regulation by the Malaysian Government. Malaysian players remain responsible for compliance with local law.

If you wish to dispute a transaction, settlement, restriction, or Account decision, contact the 918kisd support team promptly and provide your username, relevant transaction reference, date, amount, and a concise explanation. Do not provide your password. We will review available system records and supporting information in good faith.

You should raise a complaint within a reasonable period after becoming aware of the issue. Both parties agree to attempt an internal resolution before pursuing any other remedy available under applicable law.

Amendments and Severability

918kisd may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, licensing obligations, security practices, payment arrangements, Games, technology, or business operations. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform where appropriate.

Your continued use of 918kisd after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure. Changes will not retrospectively alter a valid settled Wager unless required to correct a manifest error, address fraud, or comply with law.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. A delay by 918kisd in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
